We have been farming sheep since 2008 in the beautiful Nambucca Valley in northern NSW.
In 2016 we bought our first Dairy Sheep and ventured into the world of sheep dairying.
We raise a mix of Awassi and Cross East Friesian Sheep, giving us a unique blend of milk for our cheese and soaps .
With the local demand to purchase our products, we have released our first soap range, and our cheesery is under development.

Our underlying responsibility is the care for our sheep. We milk for only 5 months of the year, giving our girls a well earned holiday during Autumn and Winter.
With the small size of our farm we obtain a close knowledge of all of our sheep. We believe this is the difference that makes our products special.
Our cheeses are all handmade in small batches on our farm. (Currently not available for public sale).
We also produce Sheep Milk Soaps from our milk and whey. Nothing goes to waste from our ewes’ milk.
All our Soaps are handmade in small batches, with no added colours or perfumes.
Our soaps are available for purchase, along with a new range of balms and body care products.

The Valley Hub acknowledges Gumbaynggirr country, the Ancestors, Elders and Traditional Custodians of the Valley in which we live and work. We thank them for their care of country through time and acknowledge and respect their continuing connection to land, waters and culture.
