The Valley Hub is a community collaboration that brings together the best in community support. We platform and offer services to local businesses and not-for-profit organisations, bring the community together in times of crisis, coordinate local events and resources, and most importantly, celebrate culture and country.
Penny is The Valley Hub Project Manager. Her role incorporates oversight of all operations including creative direction, content production, project budget and everything in between. Penny has worked across the community development sector for over ten years, from child protection fieldwork to governance training. Born and raised in the Nambucca Valley, she is passionate about creating an inclusive and vibrant community.
Tamara is The Valley Hub Business Manager. From social media management to sustainability planning, Tamara steers the financial development of the platform. Bringing her experience as a successful multi-business owner and self-made prolific author, Tamara has extensive knowledge and experience to contribute to The Valley Hub and does so for the benefit of her community.
Trudi is one of our valued steering group members. A Social Worker for over twenty years, Trudi also manages two small businesses and has lived in the Nambucca Valley for over a decade.

Paul brings a wealth of knowledge to The Valley Hub along with a passion for creating connected communities. From his work in the building industry to his experience as a mediator, there isn`t much Paul can’t help with.

Craig has been living in the Nambucca Valley for the last thirty-five years and the town of Bowraville for ten. As a Real Estate Agent, he is passionate about the Nambucca Valley, spending his spare time working on community projects and with local not for profit and sporting groups.

Gai is our brilliant treasurer and all round supported. Gai commits her time to several Bowraville-based community groups and shares her knowledge and experience working across both the Nambucca Valley and Darwin.

Todd brings to the table significant experience in resource, financial and contract management in both the Government and commercial sectors, extending over a decade. He is currently Treasurer of four local not-for-profit community organisations.

Naturally creative, Stefo Kay has an eye for design and is gifted at creating visual solutions. She brings high energy, clear communication, and a good laugh to every interaction, and has the unique ability to connect with people from all walks of life and leaving a lasting impression. The quality of her work is in demand by big name agencies, but ultimately, she’s a country gal at heart and her clients inevitably become her friends. Alison Buckley
Ali is a Nambucca Valley based arts and community consultant, specialising in events and project management. From a corporate background as an Agent/Producer servicing commercial photographers, Ali switched her focus to the Community Sector in 2000 and has continued to work with the aspirations of Not For Profit arts and community organisations, to deliver events and projects across the visual arts, performing arts and community sector.
