Annual RUOK? Sports Weekend

We once again invite you to participate in our annual RUOK? sports weekend being held this year on JULY 30 and 31 in conjunction with the RUOK? Convoy visiting our great Valley on Friday July 29.
We ask each sporting association to raise awareness for RUOK? by asking its members to wear yellow and black at your local sports event on this particular weekend. We hope to provide awareness and get conversations started, and we hope you will encourage and promote such a great cause in our Valley.
