Join us for a morning of yoga, good food and the company of wonderful women from all corners of the valley!

Gretchen Highfield, senior Iyengar yoga teacher, will be our guest speaker, in an interactive session for all levels, designed to improve our posture at work.

Gretchen has been practicing yoga for 34 years and teaching for 18 years in the Nambucca Valley.

All welcome – members $30 and guests $35.
