The growth of social media over the past decade has been phenomenal, with customers now spending an average of 120 minutes per day searching, researching, and engaging with content on the various platforms.
Social Media has become an essential part of any small business’ marketing mix. One of the most critical things for small businesses is understand their customers’ needs and wants, identify what their customers value, what motivates them, so they can better engage with them.
