Free community guided breathwork event to connect back to ourselves and each other.

Sunrise Breathe by Freequency with Frankie

Join us for a beautiful morning of connection.

We will meet at 5.30am at Nambucca Heads Main Beach in front of the Surf Life Saving Club and will start at 5.45am.

Once we have finished there is an option to head up to The Alofa Sands cafe for a coffee or juice and connect with community even further.

FAMILIES ARE WELCOME however during the guided breathing practice, age restriction of over 12 years only & must be accompanied by a parent until the age of 16. If younger than 16 years or pregnant, we advise you do not hold your breath during the retention phase and continue to breathe as normal.
