Encore Performing Arts Academy

Specialist Performing Arts classes for local children/Youth (Ages 5-18) in various locations around the Nambucca Valley. The art forms include drama, music theatre, movement and singing. Choose from group Drama lessons, group Musical Theatre lessons, individual Speech & Drama tuition and/or individual Singing Tuition.

Our aim at Encore Academy is to provide Performing Arts classes to empower Youth, and contribute to the growth of kids’ self-esteem and performance skills such as articulation, musicality, body language, characterisation, active listening, spontaneous reactions, teamwork, responding to music & narrative, playbuilding, and script interpretation. The teachings of drama and music can help students improve confidence, resilience, creativity, speech and ability to talk in front of peers. All valuable skills that students will be able to use for the rest of their day-to-day lives.

Classes taught by trained performers / accredited teachers.

The principal of Encore Academy is Hannah Date who holds a Bachelor of Music (Music Theatre) and a Master of Teaching (Drama).
